Claire Tomlinson, PhD
Dr. Claire Tomlinson earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Indiana University and is currently a Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Pittsburgh. She completed her predoctoral internship at the University of Michigan’s Mary A. Rackham Institute, where she received additional specialized training in child and adolescent mental health.
Her research centers on parenting, divorce, and separation, with a strong focus on helping families navigate challenging transitions in ways that support children’s well-being.
Clinically, Dr. Tomlinson is passionate about providing evidence-based care for children, teens, and families, using cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems approaches to guide treatment. She has extensive experience working with concerns such as disruptive behavior, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, behavioral sleep difficulties, ADHD, and stress related to family change.
Dr. Tomlinson strives to create a warm, collaborative environment where children and caregivers feel understood and supported. She partners closely with families to build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience that lasts well beyond therapy.
Deana Orsini, LCSW
Deana Orsini MSW LCSW is a highly seasoned clinician with more than 30 years of experience delivering comprehensive mental health care to individuals and families. Over the course of her career, she has built a strong reputation for her compassionate, client-centered style, always grounding her work in evidence-based practices tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
Her areas of specialization include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma recovery, anxiety, and depression. Deana also has extensive training and deep expertise in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), supporting clients through structured, effective interventions that promote meaningful and lasting change.
Deana is dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s complex challenges, fostering resilience, confidence, and personal growth.
She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania.
Alanna Downing, PsyD
Dr. Alanna Downing earned her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from William James College in Newton, Massachusetts and graduated with honors from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. She completed her predoctoral and postdoctoral training at The Human Relations Service in Wellesley, Massachusetts and received additional specialized training in psychodynamic psychotherapy through the Boston Psychoanalytic Society & Institute.
Dr. Downing sees adults, children, and families and has extensive training and experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad range of mental health concerns. Some of her clinical interests include attachment and relationship functioning, parent guidance, play therapy, and maternal mental health. Her clinical work is informed by an integrative approach that incorporates both insight-oriented and skills-focused interventions.
Her prior clinical experiences include roles as a Staff Psychologist at The Human Relations Service, Residence Counselor at McLean Hospital’s 3East Adolescent DBT Program, and a Clinician at North Shore Counseling Center.
Dr. Downing is committed to a warm and collaborative approach that fosters insight, deepens self-understanding, and supports lasting change in how individuals relate to themselves and others.
Britt Keefer
Britt Keefer is an established business professional with a strong background in small business operations, staff recruitment, onboarding and training, and customer experience.
She specializes in streamlining operations, enhancing customer engagement, and driving sustainable business growth. Britt holds a B.A. in Psychology from Washington and Jefferson College. Prior to entering entrepreneurship, she spent 10 years as a Senior Case Manager in geriatric social work, where she developed deep expertise in client advocacy, team coordination, and complex problem-solving.
More recently, Britt has successfully owned and operated small businesses in the hospitality and retail sectors, leveraging her people-focused approach and operational expertise to build high-performing teams and exceptional customer experiences.
