Our Team.

Dana Rofey, PhD

Dr. Dana Rofey is the Practice Director of Incline Wellness and a nationally recognized clinical psychologist and researcher. She also serves as Director of the Pittsburgh Obesity, Weight, and Emotion Research (POWER) Lab and as an Associate Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

Dr. Rofey’s career has focused on advancing evidence-based care for adolescents, young adults, and families. She is currently funded by the National Institutes of Health and leads several federally funded studies exploring the effects of obesity on brain development, ways to strengthen motivation and treatment outcomes in high-risk youth, and the impact of weight disparities in transgender youth. She also serves as principal investigator on multiple foundation grants.

Her work has been widely published in peer-reviewed journals, and she serves as a reviewer for top scientific publications and NIH study sections. Dr. Rofey has also held leadership roles in leading professional organizations, including The Obesity Society, the Academy of Eating Disorders, and the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies.

Passionate about bridging research and practice, Dr. Rofey is committed to expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based mental health care. At Incline Wellness, she leads with a focus on compassion, clinical excellence, and supporting clients in moving steadily toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Claire Tomlinson, PhD

Dr. Claire Tomlinson earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Indiana University and is currently a Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Pittsburgh. She completed her predoctoral internship at the University of Michigan’s Mary A. Rackham Institute, where she received additional specialized training in child and adolescent mental health.

 

Her research centers on parenting, divorce, and separation, with a strong focus on helping families navigate challenging transitions in ways that support children’s well-being.

 

Clinically, Dr. Tomlinson is passionate about providing evidence-based care for children, teens, and families, using cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems approaches to guide treatment. She has extensive experience working with concerns such as disruptive behavior, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, behavioral sleep difficulties, ADHD, and stress related to family change.

 

Dr. Tomlinson strives to create a warm, collaborative environment where children and caregivers feel understood and supported. She partners closely with families to build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience that lasts well beyond therapy.

Deana Orsini, LCSW

Deana Orsini MSW LCSW is a highly seasoned clinician with more than 30 years of experience delivering comprehensive mental health care to individuals and families. Over the course of her career, she has built a strong reputation for her compassionate, client-centered style, always grounding her work in evidence-based practices tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

Her areas of specialization include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma recovery, anxiety, and depression. Deana also has extensive training and deep expertise in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), supporting clients through structured, effective interventions that promote meaningful and lasting change.

Deana is dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s complex challenges, fostering resilience, confidence, and personal growth.

 

She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania.
